What we’re looking for in a director

We’re seeking a Milestones member in good standing who is reliable, engaged, and community-minded. This role is best suited for someone who is prepared, steady, and comfortable handling information with care and discretion.

Professional expertise is a plus, especially in areas like HR, IT, finance, compliance, security, or other fields that help a credit union stay strong and serve well. What matters most is your willingness to be a thoughtful steward of Milestones and an ambassador for the credit union philosophy.
